Luke Reynard Named NFI North Chief Operating Officer

NFI North has announced that Luke Reynard has been selected as NFI North’s new Chief Operating Officer. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in the field of mental health and disability services. He served in a variety of leadership roles at Texas’ second largest Community Mental Health Agency and the last several years as Chief Operating Officer for Disability Services. Most recently he worked at the Institute on Disability at the University of New Hampshire as Director of Operations for the Center for START Services, a nationwide program supporting people with mental health needs and intellectual and developmental disabilities. Luke has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Texas State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas System.

I will do my best to serve the organization by helping enable our leaders and team members to fulfill their passion to make a difference.”

Reynard’s leadership appointment is the result of a rigorous interview process through an internal search committee. NFI North Executive Director, Dr. Paul Dann shared, “We’re extremely excited to have Luke join our team. He brings skills and experience that will help us further our important mission of inspiring and empowering people to reach their full potential and live successfully in their community.” Originating from Texas, Reynard and his family have settled in Henniker where they are enjoying New Hampshire’s changing seasons and learning to ski.
